Daft Punk Tease ‘Random Access Memories’ With New Ad During ‘SNL’

Earlier this month, Daft Punk teased their upcoming album with a short, Chic-like commercial that aired during Saturday Night Live. And now, on the day that the French duo announced the LP will be called Random Access Memories (out May 21), a second ad has aired — and, dance-pop fanatics, it’s time to start shaking your body down to the ground!

“We’re up all night to get funky,” DP seem to be intoning through heavily robotic (what else?) vocals, atop yet another snippet of a song that sounds like it has Nile Rodgers‘ golden disco gloves all over it. This is pretty sweet news during a week that’s already brought the release of one of 2013’s hugely-anticipated albums. Consider our circuits to be on the verge of blowing.
