Emeli Sande’s “Here It Comes”: Hear The Gorgeous, Dreamy Track
Fact: Emeli Sande can basically do no wrong. Her debut, Our Version of Events, was one of the best pop releases of last year, and now the BRIT Award-winning songstress has debuted a new track from the soundtrack for the upcoming film Trance, and oh if it isn’t just the most gorgeous, swoony ambient electro-lite tune we’ve heard in awhile. The throbbing beat on the chorus coupled with Sande’s soaring vocals — it all just works to marvelously cinematic effect.
Produced by Rick Smith of Underworld, “Here It Comes” showcases a more explicitly dance-driven sound than much of her debut, and it’s one that works for her. Listen after the jump.
