“Munich was a good time. And loud,” Justin Bieber said on March 28, after his ‘Believe’ tour performance in the German city. However, AP reports that Bieber also had to leave his pet capuchin monkey in quarantine. A Munich customs spokeman says that because Bieber did not have the necessary documentation to bring the monkey in the first place, Munich customs ordered that his pet stay with authorities.

The pet monkey was a gift from producer Mally Mall, according to TMZ. Bieber has yet to comment — instead, he posted pictures of the monkey itself on Instagram, as seen below. He returns to Germany on April 2.
