Carly Rae Jepsen Cleans Up At Juno Awards: Watch Her Medley Performance

We miss Carly Rae Jepsen. It was about this time last year when “Call Me Maybe” began its clandestine takeover of the singalong node of everyone’s brains. Then a few months later came her fun debut LP, Kiss, and everyone promptly ignored it even though it was one of the best pop albums of 2012. Now, “Call Me Maybe” has become but a mist dissipating into the spring air and America has no unifying smash to enjoy collectively. (Don’t even try mentioning “Harlem Shake” as the successor. Just don’t.)

But Canada! Canada would never turn its back on its own viral hero. So at the Juno Awards last night (April 21), the cute Canuck took home a pair of the night’s biggest awards —Single of the Year and Album of the Year. Jepsen was also on hand to perform, starting off demure for “Call Me Maybe,” then shedding some clothing for a short shorts-high stockings get-up for “Tonight I’m Getting Over You.” Watch it up top.

This year’s Juno Awards were hosted by Michael Buble. Check out the full list of winners here.
