Another week, another controversial reality show elimination: Judith Hill‘s unexpected departure on The Voice shocked viewers, as well as Hill’s mentor Adam Levine, who found himself in hot water after saying a bit too much in his moment of frustration.

Meanwhile, big names teamed up for benefit shows: Blake SheltonUsher, Ryan Tedder, and Miranda Lambert put on a relief concert to raise money for victims of the recent tornado in Oklahoma, while divas Beyoncé and Madonna are both appearing at a benefit concert in June that will spread the message of female empowerment. And, as always, new music was in full force with noteworthy material from Icona PopJennifer Hudson, and Jessie J.

Check out some of this week’s best comments below!

:: Vera Lee was very enthusiastic about Fifth Harmony‘s cover of Ed Sheeran‘s “Lego House” in our studio: “Just stunning. Everyone’s vocals were on point and the harmonies were great.”

:: Judith Hill‘s elimination from The Voice had our readers up in arms, leaving Sandra confused: “I honestly don’t understand how Sarah and Judith could get voted off but Amber could stay…consistently, the wrong people have stayed and the people who honestly deserve to go further are voted off.”

:: AXG found Jennifer Hudson selling herself short with on new single “Gone, Gone, Gone” writing: “This song is a snooze! Why is it so hard to get this AMAZING talent, some good material???”

:: K-Pop came to Idolator this week thanks to 2NE1‘s CL, and BlackJack was gracious for the genre’s inclusion on 2NE1′s CL Breaks Out Hard With “The Baddest Female”: Watch Her Solo Debut: “Just wanted to say thanks for covering K-Pop, especially the lovely CL! :D”

:: Lee Lithophilous made a pretty spot-on and praiseworthy comparison to up-and-coming R&B artist Sevyn Streeter  on Brandy, Drake, Aaliyah, and Kelly Rowland.”

:: With the live premiere of Adam Lambert‘s new song “Love Wins Over Glamour” in Vienna, Trudy started to second-guess the singer’s stateside appeal, suggesting: “Adam will leave the U.S. (and us in Canada) and probably move to Europe. His career is on fire in so many other countries.”

:: Thump Thump feared the inevitable for K$ on Ke$ha Throws A House Party With Will.i.am: Watch Her “Crazy Kids” Video: “She looks amazing, but you can tell the label’s about to pull the plug on her. K-Dolla deserves better.”

:: And finally, SlavetotheRhythm came for Gaga’s many wigs in the name of Grace Jones on Lady Gaga Poses With Grace Jones, Who Once Very Publicly Shaded Mother Monster: “Once again, youngbuck stans disrespecting the very ones who paved the way for “Mother Monster”. Grace was asked a question, she answered honestly. And personally, seeing as how she basically jacked Grace’s entire image for a while (remember the whole hood & glasses phase?), I’d say Grace had every right to be upset. Nothing the woman does is original for goodness sakes and she got called out on it, three long years ago. Accept it. Let it go. And be glad the ORIGINAL, Grande Dame of Avant Garde finally gave GagGag the time of day.”
