Demi Lovato Goes Behind The Scenes Of Her “Made In The USA” Video: Watch
In a new behind-the-scenes clip, Demi Lovato reveals her storyline and approach to the forthcoming video for “Made in the USA.” Here we see Friday Night Lights‘ Aimee Teegarden and 90210‘s Dustin Milligan star as a couple who meets and falls in love at a small-town carnival, only to separate once Milligan is sent into combat.
As she first revealed on Good Morning America, Lovato ended up co-directing the “Made in the USA” video, because as her manager increasingly realized, the singer had already envisioned the visual in her mind. “I saw the shots that I wanted to do and everything, and I kind of told my manager — walked him through it step by step,” Lovato says. “And he said, ‘Why don’t you just direct it, since you know what you want?'”
