Kanye West Reacts To “Black Skinhead” Video Leak With Shockingly Reasonable Tweets
Well, Jay-Z decided to end his Twitter silence yesterday, and today (July 9) his little brother Kanye West also decided to fired off a string of tweets, albeit for completely different reasons. West went on a quick — and completely valid, we might add — mini-rant about Monday’s leak of the unfinished “Black Skinhead” music video.
Yeezy started things off by saying the “video that leaked yesterday was not the official version,” adding that he’d been working on it for five months and “for creatives it’s heartbreaking when something like this happens.” West even kindly asked sites to take down the unfinished cut. These are all pretty reasonable things to say.
He finished off with, “to who ever leaked the video… FUK YOU!” Also a fair point! Head below to see Ye’s tweets.

Me and Nick Knight have been working on this video for 5 months and for creatives it’s heartbreaking when something like this happens. — KANYE WEST (@kanyewest) July 9, 2013
The final version will be ready within the next week. — KANYE WEST (@kanyewest) July 9, 2013
So any website that may have the unapproved / unfinished ruff. I ask you to please take it down.

Allow me and Nick to give the world what we’ve been losing sleep over.
