Justin Bieber Will Not Be Charged For Hit And Run Incident With Paparazzo

Finally some good news for Justin Bieber after a string of unfortunate events. The teen superstar no longer has to worry about facing hit and run charges — a felony, no less — after hitting a paparazzo with his Ferrari outside the Laugh Factory comedy club in Los Angeles on June 17. Damon Walters was pinned between the “Beauty And A Beat” singer’s car after stepping in front of a vehicle. (Never a wise move).

Officers at the scene determined the celebrity snapper was “at fault in the collision due to being in the roadway and blocking Bieber’s vehicle”. Justin further argued that he was unaware of the incident, which was backed up by evidence gathered at the scene. “It was noisy with camera flashes and bright lights surrounding him,” a document released by prosecutors states. “Given the scene and the stress of the situation, it is likely that Bieber did not know he had hit Walters.”
