Robin Thicke Sweats Out “Blurred Lines” On ‘America’s Got Talent’: Watch
To celebrate the probable No. 1 debut of Blurred Lines this week, Robin Thicke appeared on America’s Got Talent to perform the album’s red-hot title track last night (July 31). Even though Thicke has been all over the tube with this song, it’s still pretty fun to hear another live take — the subdued boogie has a really crackling energy with some live percussion.
The production cleverly re-created the hashtag effects of the “Blurred Lines” video, but Thicke seemed a little lonely on that big stage without Pharrell and T.I., didn’t he? Must be why he invited his models/backup singers to the front of the stage.
