Drake‘s “All Me” almost landed on Big Sean‘s forthcoming Hall Of Fame, but it looks like Drizzy pulled rank on the G.O.O.D. Music rapper and claimed it for himself. Sean told MTV that he had recorded a verse for the track while recording his new LP, not knowing that Drake was also working on the Key Wane beat.

“I had done a verse to [Key’s beat] and didn’t know [Drake] did a song to it,” the Detroit rapper explained. Key Wane got Big Sean to send his verse to Drake, who wanted to finalize the track for Nothing Was the Same. And since Drake and Big Sean are “homies,” the Detroit rapper was happy to hand it over to the Canadian MC. In this scenario, we like to imagine 2 Chainz just showing up to do the verse, not knowing whose track it was or where it was going or what it was called.
