Frank Ocean Disses Chris Brown, Meanwhile Breezy Is Sued For His Role In Their January Fight

Chris Brown is being sued for his role in a January brawl with Frank Ocean and his camp. Sha’keir Duarte has brought a lawsuit against Brown for unspecified damages, claiming he was punched and kicked by members of Brown’s posse, which caused him to suffer a concussion, according to Billboard. Brown’s lawyer — attorney to the stars Mark Geragos — contends that the suit is frivolous and is seeking to have it thrown out.

While Breezy is dealing with yet another legal issue, rival Frank Ocean was busy dissing him. Last time Ocean shaded Brown, it was somewhat innocuous, occurring only on paper as lyrics he penned for a potential “Versace” remix. This time, though, Ocean has immortalized a diss on wax, with his verse on Earl Sweatshirt‘s “Sunday.” As SPIN points out, Ocean raps, “Forgot you don’t like it rough, I mean he called me a faggot / I was just calling his bluff /I mean how anal am I gon’ be when I’m aiming my gun / And why’s his mug all bloody, that was a three-on-one? / Standing ovation at Staples I got my Grammys and gold.”
