Miley Cyrus‘ Haper’s Bazaar cover is truly shocking. For starters, the “Wrecking Ball” diva is fully clothed. She’s also posing elegantly as opposed to bent over mid-twerk and her tongue is inside her mouth. What an epic transformation!
