Miley Cyrus, Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber & One Direction Make ‘Billboard’ 21 Under 21: See The List

Billboard took a page from the Forbes playbook and offered up some music industry power rankings, with their annual 21 Under 21 list. This year’s roster of the industry’s “most powerful minors” includes all the usual suspects: Justin Bieber, Cher Lloyd, Miley Cyrus, One Direction. But there’s a fair share of newcomers like Ariana Grande, Lorde, Emblem3 and Fifth Harmony, as well as a few acts I’ve never even heard of like Miguelito (no offense but don’t we already have a little Miguel?) and Matty B., who is apparently 10 years old.

1D got the top spot this year, up from #2 last year, and somehow Biebs edged out Miley as the runner-up. Check out the full list below, or head to Billboard.
