PHOTOS: Justin Bieber’s Like A “Baby, Baby, Baby”—No, Really

7:34 PM on Thu Mar 4 2010 by Erika Brooks Adickman

If you can even fathom this, there was a actually time when Justin Bieber was possibly even more adorable than he is at the present time. Like, two years ago. We wouldn’t have believed this kind of heresy either, but then we discovered some old-school Justin pics and our worlds were torn apart. Ugh, we get it Bieber, you never had an awkward chubby phase. Ke$ha + ‘Star Wars’ “Tik Tok” Spoof: Trash Or Internet Treasure?

12:40 PM on Thu Mar 4 2010 by Erika Brooks Adickman
Aside from Chatroulette, bad John Mayer tweets, and cat videos the one thing the internet is full of is parody videos. Ke$ha is clearly a hot topic on the interwebs right now and Star Wars is a classic pop culture reference. Does combining the two equal internet gold or a spoof better left unmade? We're can't decide. Watch the vid after the jump and sound off below with your opinions. More »

Erykah Badu Jets Onto ‘Jimmy Fallon’ And Performs New Single “Window Seat”

11:35 AM on Thu Mar 4 2010 by Robbie Daw
Erykah Badu hit up Late Night With Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday to perform smooth, soulful new single "Window Seat" ahead of the release of her new album New Amerykah Part Two: Return of the Ankh (due out March 30). The tune is a much more mellow affair than Badu's oddball collab with Lil Wayne, "Jump Up In The Air And Stay There," which will be a bonus track on the new album.

Head below to watch Erykah—who's slated to appear on this year's Lilith Fair tour—rocking out "Window Seat." More »

13 Pop Star Facebook Groups For The Most Time-Suck-Challenged Individual

8:39 PM on Wed Mar 3 2010 by Robbie Daw
Ah, Facebook—such an electronic bridge across the miles. Such an aid for the closet cyberstalker in us all. And most importantly, such a tool for creating cleverly-titled fan groups. Yes, the days of squeaky clean Mickey Mouse Club-type worship are over. One sweep through the blue-hued social networking site turns up such quirky Internet gathering places as—brace yourselves—Joe Jonas In Skinny White Jeans and I LOL'd When I Saw What Simon Cowell Looked Like Upside Down.

And since we recently had such a grand ol' time piecing together the greatest hits of the Because Of Nicki Minaj Twitter hashtag, we decided to scour Facebook (which—raise a glass—just turned six last month) and cull together a list of some of the more, uh, unconventional pop star fan groups. While her onetime Pussycat Dolls are running off into the night like felines in heat (Ashley Roberts and Kimberly Wyatt are the latest to jet from the burlesque-themed girl group), head kitty Nicole Scherzinger is stepping in an entirely different direction—Dancing With The Stars. Below, find out who the singer, who was recently voted one of the Ten Sexiest Women In Music by Billboard, will be paired up with in the reality dance competition's tenth season. More »

The 2010 Grammys came and went. There were some amazing performances, some surprises, and some upsets. And while Sunday’s Grammy extravaganza drew the highest ratings in six years for the academy’s annual telecast, we couldn’t help but imagine what the night might’ve been like if it’s producers had a sense of humor. So now we present to you 7 Things We Wish We Would Have Seen At The 52nd Annual Grammys. See who should have presented, who should have talked smack, and who we wish had rushed the stage. More »

PHOTOS: Grammy’s Worst Dressed

7:32 PM on Sun Jan 31 2010 by Erika Brooks Adickman

When artists get it right they really get it right and when they get it wrong, they get it so, so wrong. See the Grammy red carpet outfits that made us want to send over a muffin basket with a card reading, “Fire your stylist!”. And now the worst of the worst, the uncrème de la crème, the stars who made us scratch our heads and ask, “Who let you out of the house looking like?” that (and, yes, all of those refer to Lady Gaga). PHOTOS: Grammy’s Worst Calls

8:00 AM on Tue Jan 26 2010 by Erika Brooks Adickman

Look, we all make mistakes. But Grammy voters have blown so many calls over the years that the Recording Academy really ought to start distributing Miracle Ear hearing aids when it sends nominees’ albums to voters. We feel that the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences should just rename the awards ceremony “The Grammys: Where Hindsight Is 20/20”. Think we’re overreacting? Perhaps you’ve forgotten the time Metallica lost Best Heavy Metal Performance to Jethro Tull (yes, it really happened) or when Boyz II Men got passed over for Best New Artist. And who can forget the whole Milli Vanilli debacle? Not us. Take a look through the Grammys’ Biggest Goofs gallery and revisit the travesties that time forgot. More »

GIF Gallery: ‘Pants On The Ground’ On Infinite Loop

5:36 PM on Thu Jan 14 2010 by Erika Brooks Adickman
American Idol served up a huge helping of Southern-fried crazy last night as the judges hit Atlanta. While searching for actual talent, we met Skii Bo Ski and Guitar Girl (no really, the girl was dressed as a guitar). Plus, Mary J. Blige's super-fan turned out to be her super-security-threat. Then the heavens parted as the universe blessed us with the General, Larry "Pants on the Ground" Platt. Below are our favorite moments from American Idol Season 9's Atlanta auditions — they are the GIF that keeps on giving. More »
