Lana Del Rey Looks Bloody Good On ‘Q’ Magazine’s February Cover

Lana Del Rey only really started making a name for herself in the latter few months of 2011, but if the fervent buzz is any indication, 2012 looks to be her year. The end of January will mark her album debut Born To Die, which is a great reason to feature her on the February 2012 cover of the UK’s Q magazine. The photo features the upcoming Saturday Night Live performer in a white dress and tiara — with blood running down the side of her face. How stylish! Drake and “tattoos” are making headlines once again — only this time it has nothing to do with a crazed Drizzy fan. The “Motto” rapper was snapped on the tennis courts (perhaps brushing up his backhand so he can play a little one-on-one with his rumored love, Serena Williams), and when the sharp dresser took off his shirt he revealed a giant tat of Aaliyah on his back. Below, get a look at the care Drake took to show his devotion to the late R&B star.

Unfortunately, Dr. Dre’s Detox — which Lil Kim claimed she’d be making an appearance on — never materialized in 2011. But fans of the razor-tongued rapstress at least have her five-song EP, which should be arriving any day now, to look forward to. Ahead of it, Kim teased the release by tweeting a glammed-up pic of herself on December 25. “Hey Guys!!! I have a little Gift for U. A little preview of what’s to come. Merry Christmas :) !!!!!” she wrote. Don’t you want to just paw at her sleeves?

Madonna Sees Double In New Truth Or Dare Fragrance Ad

Truth or dare? The Queen of Pop gives us both in equal doses, so it’s only fitting that Madonna’s first fragrance would be named after her edgy 1991 documentary Truth or Dare. And while we already got a sneak peek at the press kit for the perfume, we can now spot Madge in all her glory in the scent’s first ad. Shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, the photos are quite reminiscent of the W.E. director’s look and style twenty years ago when Truth or Dare was released. Rihanna Teases A Smokin’ Still From Her “You Da One” Video

Rihanna continues to talk that talk as the album’s second single is launching and fans are eagerly anticipating the accompanying video — which we can only hope is as arresting as the mesmerizing visual for “We Found Love.” In order to whet our appetites, the Battleship star released a still from the “You Da One” vid featuring smoke oozing out of the singer’s mouth, not unlike the billows we spied on the deluxe Talk That Talk album cover (and featuring the blonde hair we spotted in previous photos from the set). Selena Gomez shared this photo with fans via Facebook and Twitter today, explaining: “Shot in a giant fish tank all day yesterday for my new fragrance. Help me decide my final scents now”. The “Hit The Lights” singer plunged into the water in a gorgeous strapless dress in preparation for her yet-to-be-determined perfume. Britney Spears’ Free Concert In Mexico City Draws 80,000 Fans

Britney Spears’ free concert in Mexico City over the weekend caused approximately 80,000 pop fans to flock to the Monumento a la Revolución to see the pop star’s Femme Fatale concert in action. Just how many is 80,000? As this pic, taken from the stage and uploaded by Brit — it’s basically a claustrophobic worst nightmare. (Head here for a larger view.) “Thx to the 80,000 fans that showed up in Mexico City,” tweeted Spears. “Can’t imagine what you’d do if u had to go to the bathroom!” Us, neither.

You’ve seen the W.E. movie trailer and heard Madonna’s ballad from the film, “Masterpiece”. Now check out the upcoming Super Bowl halftime performer on the set of her labor of love, as she directs her cast — which includes Andrea Riseborough as Wallis Simpson, James D’Arcy as King Edward VIII and Abbie Cornish as Wally Winthrop — and crew. Not to be outdone by Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry has traded her Teenage Dreams for some even younger ones by transforming into a little girl’s plaything, too. Like her AMA BFF, the “California Gurl”-turned-Barbie Girl is also being auctioned off for charity starting at $1,000 (though bidding is already up to $2,000, and counting), which means this is one toy that’s definitely staying in the box. Gosh, don’t these bidders know how many Alexander McQueen shoe cookies they could get from Gaga’s Workshop for that price? (Actually, not very many.) Nicki Minaj Is Now An Actual Barbie Doll

Nicki Minaj’s pseudonym is Harajuku Barbie, but when Mattel went and designed an actual Barbie doll in the rapper’s likeness, they left out the Harajuku part. Instead, Minaj’s doll is decked out head to toe in a baby pink, fairy-esque frock — the same one from her Pink Friday album cover. (This version comes with arms, though.) More »
