President Obama is down with pop music. He’s got an eclectic campaign playlist, is down with The Bieb, and can even carry a note himself. Even though he had absolutely nothing to do with this editing masterpiece that depicts the leader of the free world singing LMFAO’s “Sexy And I Know It”, we think he would have no shame shufflin’ in a pair of zebra-striped pants. (At least with the doors to the Oval Office closed and locked.)

Father’s Day isn’t until June, but ladies — store this one away, because Snoop Dogg and his daughter Cori B. have created the father-daughter love anthem to rule them all. Not to be outdone by an infant, Snoop and Cori are giving Blue Ivy Carter a run for her (dad’s) money in “Daddy’s Girl,” in which the “Do My Thang” tween sings, “And you say yes every time, I’m so lucky you are mine / And you spoil me all the time, I’m so glad you’re my daddy!” And yes, of course Snoop is featured in perhaps his first rap ever without a reference to you-know-what — trading getting high for a Hello Kitty shout-out. Awesome. The highlight of your day awaits below.

Our verdict? Musically, “Daddy’s Girl” (from Cori’s upcoming album) isn’t half-bad. You might even find yourself singing along to the “dad-dad-dad-daddy’s girl” chorus after a listen or six.

Lyrically, however, is this not a liiittle creepy? We’re sure Cori B. is a perfectly nice young lady, but all the talk of being spoiled is a bit much — like maybe she needs to go volunteer in a soup kitchen for a little while. This sounds more appropriate for a Real Housewife of Wherever to sing to her sugar daddy than for an actual girl to sing to her father.

Someone decided a creepy face morph of the evolution of Britney Spears was in order, and while it is fairly unsettling (was that music pulled from a PBS miniseries?), it does bring to the surface a few interesting observations about the pop star: Brit’s “crazy eyes” start to kick in right around the beginning of the K-Fed era; that shot of her shaving her head is still one of the most visceral, sad moments we’ve ever seen; and platinum-blonde Brit at 38 seconds in is the last time (at least in this face morph) that we feel the pop star is giving a genuine smile. The Hillywood Show, responsible for the frighteningly good “This Is Gagaween” Lady Gaga parody, have released a new video, and their latest creation mocks Twilight: Breaking Dawn. Besides showing just how ridiculous that movie is (we still refuse to believe that Jacob falls in love with an infant), the vid uses pop songs as its soundtrack: Bella, in bridal wear, starts out singing “I’m gonna marry Edward” to the tune of Gaga’s “Marry The Night”, and Pitbull and Ne-Yo’s “Give Me Everything” becomes Edward’s wedding night serenade. Those who believed one bad Saturday Night Live performance would kill off Lana Del Rey’s career before it even got started can eat their hat, as the singer’s new album Born To Die debuted this week at #1 on iTunes in 14 countries (including here in the US). The jury’s still out how Lana’s LP will fare the next few weeks, and Taiwan’s Next Media Animation studio (the geniuses behind these crazy segments on Beyonce’s baby and Justin Bieber) remains doubtful of the “Video Games” starlet’s staying power. There’s so much to love about this clip, but we particularly adore the two speech bubbles harassing LDR: the first reading “Worst Outing In SNL History”, followed by “12 Yearold”. Out of all the criticisms we heard of Lana’s performance, we don’t recall anyone referring to her as a pre-teen. (Unless, of course, we missed a few while compiling our Review Revue.)

Whatever is going on between Ke$ha and the Flaming Lips, it certainly promises to be… interesting. An album by the psychedelic rockers seem a perfect outlet for the facial hair-feasting Cannibal to channel her more, um, “experimental” side into before delivering her sophomore LP, but what the hell is going on over there?!? The band’s Wayne Coyne tweeted photos and videos depicting him sticking his finger into K-Dollah’s gold glitter (not a euphemism), a suspicious white substance (which she claims is ground-up Tums), and Ke$ha “singing about taking acid as the world ends” (jeez, whatever happened to just dancing?). Regarding his muse, Coyne tweeted, “She’s crazy.. But shit!!!!she can really fuckin SING!!!”

We second him, on both counts.

As if Justin Bieber’s fans weren’t upset enough with the Canadian crooner’s recent V magazine cover spread, now someone has undergone the highly unnecessary Photoshop task of replacing JB’s face with that upcoming SNL performer Lana Del Rey. The result is incredibly disturbing (and surprisingly resembles Natalie Portman, circa 2006). Perhaps the only thing worse than a mashup of this pair’s faces would be a mash-up of their music. Let’s pray no one on the Internet has that much free time. [Vulture]

Fergie isn’t the only performer who would be a force to be reckoned with during a spelling bee. Pretty much every rapper – from Biggie (“B-I-G, P-O, P-P-A”) to Snoop Dog (“The S-N-double-O-P”) to Jay-Z (“H-O-V-A!”) and beyond – makes sure the world knows who they are by providing the correct spelling of their MC name in their songs. Now here’s a bright idea: a lamp that pays tribute to the late singer Amy Winehouse. No, it doesn’t serenade you with the first few bars of “Rehab” when you flip it on (though with a price tag of $1,500 we think it should). Instead, lighting designer Delightfull has modeled the lamp after the “Halftime” siren’s trademark beehive. Below, take a closer look at the illuminating homage to the British songstress.

Delightfull describes the fixture:

“Inspired by what makes her unique, Amy is a tribute to the great British singer and songwriter. It’s an elegant piece, with personality, outlined by detail, surrounded by the black of her hair and of her golden voice.”

We could see how a diehard fan too impatient to wait for the potential Amy Winehouse biopic would invest in a lamp made in the artist’s likeness. But just the mere thought of shelling out the $750 or $1,500 (for the desk and floor lamp, respectively) in Amy’s honor compels us to quote that famous 2003 Spike Jonze Ikea commercial: “It’s just a lamp!”

We knew Snoop Dogg had a sense of humor (from “Turtleneck And Chain” to his Charlie Sheen collaboration). But we never expected to see the “Wild, Young And Free” superstar hosting The Price Is Right. Yet the ever-charitable rapper did indeed hop on the mic to offer up some major prizes in a special episode of the classic CBS game show, with proceeds headed to his Snoop Youth Football League. (He also ride this “classic whip”.) Watch below and tell us if the prizzle is rizzle.

Snoop sets up the first big prizes, including a trip to see his show at the Voodoo music festival in New Orleans, where the winner would enjoy a full VIP backstage experience. And… a BRAND NEW CAR! (A Cadillac 300). A second showcase includes Snoop headphones and an iPod Touch. The way Snoop raises his voice to amp up the drama is… priceless.

And then, it was time to pick a winner. (Note: you need to watch to the end to see Snoop jumping for joy with the winner’s friends. Also priceless).

And as Snoop himself revealed in an interview afterward, appearing on The Price Is Right was something of a longtime dream, since he adored the show as a kid. He vividly recalls “loving the way it was put together, the prizes, Bob Barker, it’s just like the feeling is still there.” (He had visited the set once before, when he evidently struck his head on the big wheel). You know Snoop goes hard.

There is, of course, no truth to the rumor that Bob Barker spent the day rolling blunts and dropping verses for Wiz Khalifa’s next joint.

Yesterday, Drake showed off his new Aaliyah tattoo, and today D12′s Bizarre has revealed the Nicki Minaj likeness he’s inked onto his arm. What is going on with the men in rap?! While Drizzy’s display of permanent devotion to the late R&B songstress may have come off extreme yet sweet, Bizarre’s branding of the Harajuku Barbie comes with a much creepier back story — and even a song. Watch below as the rapper prepares to forever wear his heart on his sleeve — in the shape of Nicki’s face.

Here, Bizarre (and two cronies who appear to be embarrassed for the rapper, yet make no efforts to stop him) expresses his love for his “wife” Nicki Minaj, before getting a design of her mug inked onto his body.

It’s a good thing it’s Friday, because we’ll need to the weekend to recover from the $leazy songbird’s latest video, “Put Your Beard In My Mouth,” which is not in any way a euphemism. It features the “Only Wanna Dance With You” diva literally putting a variety of facial hair of all shapes and sizes into her mouth for your photographic enjoyment. (We imagine she’ll start a separate Tumblr for pics of herself coughing up hairballs.) The vid also features a, shall we say, “Whiskers Remix” of “Your Love Is My Drug” featuring Ke$ha shouting “Beard!” at various decibel levels. Head below if you dare — and bon appetit.

Adele’s third single off her Grammy-nominated, enormously successful (and Idolator-approved) 21 will be “Set Fire To The Rain”, though it appears someone beat her to filming a music video for the song. Aspiring director Andrew Vallentine shot a gorgeously choreographed video for the Brit singer’s breakup tune, and even cast an Adele look-a-like to stand around, lip-syncing while looking mournful and batting her ginormous fake eyelashes. As far as fake music videos go, this one’s pretty great. Watch below.

“The music video portrays a man struggling with his sexuality, while the girl in love with him fights to hold on as everything she thought she knew comes crashing down before her,” says the blurb on the video’s YouTube page. “The song speaks of a foolish love that’s so hard to let go. This theme is not uncommon, most of us have been subjected to this type of unrequited love in some way, shape, or form. Whether gay or straight, single or taken, if you have not experienced this kind of pain, consider yourself one of the lucky ones.”

We find the ballet choreography between the two male dancers, with the female dancer coming between then, to be quite moving. The Adele look-a-like is a woman named Michelle Meredith, who may get a ton more work impersonating the singer now that Adele’s 21 is a world phenomenon. (Though are people really interested in hiring Adele for their birthday parties like they are Elvis and Britney Spears?)

Items from the mansion in the Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles where Michael Jackson and his children lived in at the time of the singer’s death are heading to auction, reports Entertainment Weekly. To be included: antique furnishings, paintings, sculptures and the queen-size bed Jackson died in. (This is the point where you close your eyes and hope that this is just imagination.) Separately, the home itself, built in 2000 and located at 100 North Carolwood Drive, is for sale. “We want to preserve the history of these items,” said celebrity auctioneer Darren Julien, president of Julien’s Auctions, who is handling the December 17 auction.

As completely inane as the words “Rebecca Black documentary” look when strung together, the six-minute clip Jon Ronson whipped together about “a man who once posted a video on YouTube that achieved 200 million hits” — the man being Patrice Wilson, formerly of Ark Music Factory, and the video, of course, being Black’s “Friday” — is pretty compelling, despite Rebecca not appearing in it. But, hey — at least he got that girl in pink, Benni Cinkle!

The three best bits from this Escape And Control video:

1. Wilson only agreeing to do the interview with Ronson after finding out Ronson would be appearing on Conan. Free publicity!

2. Wilson stating that it took him 30 minutes to write “Friday” (we would have guessed four), and asserting that there is “no song about Friday out there” (The Cure’s “Friday I’m In Love” and The Easybeats’ “Friday On My Mind” clearly don’t exist in the land of Ark).

3. Wilson’s attempt to win Ronson over — and likely get a mention on Conan — by submitting a song to the journalist for him to rap on, that’s all about (you guessed it) being on Conan.

Sadly, Gawker notes the following: “Wilson’s rep emailed us a while ago that he was no longer with Ark Music Factory…”

When 50 Cent isn’t writing Facebook manifestos about the importance of helping those in need by supporting his energy drink, he’s releasing parody videos in promotion of his energy drink. Fiddy paired up with Floyd Mayweather to film their own mini version of The Hangover, complete with a cameo from one of the movie’s stars, Mike Tyson. In the clip, the boys drink too much of 50′s Street King drink, and end up having one wild night on the town. This is just Part 1, so consider that either a promise or a threat for additional installments of this saga.

We thought we’d never see a kookier homage to LMFAO’s “Party Rock Anthem” than the, err, “North Korean remix” featuring found footage of Kim Jong-II’s military parades edited together to look like choreography. We were very wrong. Someone with entirely too much time on their hands has put together a Halloween-themed light show on their house that is both jaw-droppingly elaborate and really, really awesome. A number of things come to mind when watching this video — first and foremost, that we’d hate to be these people’s neighbors. Watch it below.

Practically every look the pop star ever sported is represented here in “This Is Gagaween.” Using the opening song from The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Hillywood Show presents the spookiest, most on-point parody of the singer this Halloween season. Seriously — it’s scary how much the woman in the clip really resembles her. Maybe this is Gaga tricking and treating us all?

It’s likely that Friedrich Nietzsche had no idea he would inspire performers across the music spectrum when he coined the phrase “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” back in the 19th century. Actually, his words in 1889′s Twilight Of The Idols were “That which does not kill us makes us stronger,” but artists like Kanye West, Kelly Clarkson, Jay-Z and Anthrax have seen fit to paraphrase the German philosopher in the course of writing their own jams.
