Even Cher Has A Bluewater Comic Book!

October 12th, 2011 // Leave a Comment

Bluewater Productions is at again! This time the publisher is bringing us a comic book about the life and times of Cher. That’s right, the Burlesque star is the latest in the company’s series, Female Force (which has featured J.K. Rowling, Oprah Winfrey and Sarah Palin). Come December, you can get your hands on your very own copy of the pop icon’s graphic novel. Will this be the greatest thing Bluewater has produced? Judging by the cover art, it looks much more promising than say Lady Gaga’s FAME issue. Jump below for a closer look.

Tom Cruise Shows Off His “Moves Like Jagger”

October 6th, 2011 // Leave a Comment

Besides sliding around a house in his underwear, Tom Cruise isn’t typically associated with killer dance moves. But damn if the movie star doesn’t have some serious rhythm, as seen in this caught footage of Cruise, at the reception of a fellow fancy-rich-person’s wedding, engaging in a dance-off, as the wedding band plays the #2 song in the country (yep, Adele’s back on top), Maroon 5 and Christina Aguilera’s “Moves Like Jagger”. Watch Method Man And The Sour Patch Kids’ “World Gone Sour”

October 4th, 2011 // 1 Comment

Method Man has teamed up with a new surprising crew for his new track “World Gone Sour (The Lost Kids)”: the Sour Patch Kids. Yes, as in those brightly colored tart-tasting gummys. In Meth’s music video, one of his pals rips open a bag of the chewy candy and the Kids start reeking havoc all over the rapper’s house. “Till now i bet you thought this was a promo, but no-no/this is Boba Fett meets Han Solo,” the Wu-Tang Clan member raps. Actually, it is a promo for the upcoming Sour Patch Kids video game that shares the song’s title. Below, watch the SPK get into mischief while we make a candy run.

Ashley Tisdale Whines Through Her Funny Or Die ‘Toddlers & Tiaras’ Spoof

September 28th, 2011 // Leave a Comment

Ashley Tisdale (nice to see ya again, Ash!) is a pro at acting like a snotty, self-involved drama queen, as she played mean girl Sharpay Evans in the High School Musical franchise. And Tisdale uses that expertise to play the part of 25-year-old beauty queen Makenzie in this Funny Or Die Toddlers & Tiaras parody video. The clip is so hilarious, you’ll forget for a moment that people like Makenzie and her mother actually exist. Vid below. More »

September 20th, 2011 // 1 Comment

LMFAO’s ubiquitous summertime jam “Party Rock Anthem” doesn’t just get us Americans ready for an all-night bash — the dance track has all of North Korea in a tizzy, at least according to this well-edited video juxtoposing the party-rockers’ song over military parades dictated by Kim Jong-Il. As the clip’s YouTube description says, “Ain’t no party like a Pyongyang party, cause a Pyongyang party is ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY.”

There’s no denying that Whitney Houston’s vocals aren’t what they once were, but perhaps the Houston legacy can live on in her daughter? 17-year-old Bobbi Kristina, daughter to Whitney and Bobby Brown, uploaded a video of herself singing a cappella to Adele’s new #1 single “Someone Like You”, which will probably become the year’s most-covered song on the web since Adele’s “Rolling In The Deep”. Das Racist, Uh, “Tribute” Michael Jackson In Their New Video

September 9th, 2011 // 3 Comments

Hear that sound? It’s the King Of Pop letting out an “Eeeee-Heeeeeee” shriek from the great beyond following the release of rap trio Das Racist’s “Michael Jackson” video. In the completely off the wall (ahem) clip, a Jackson impersonator twirls around as the members of Das Racist sneer while delivering the chorus “Michael Jackson, a million dollars! You feel me? Holla!” Eventually they all get shirtless and re-enact the “Black Or White” video. Try to keep from sha-moaning.

Drive Yourself Crazy By Listening To Britney Spears Sing “Baby” & “Crazy” For 5 Minutes

September 2nd, 2011 // 2 Comments

Britney Spears sings the words “baby” and “crazy” a lot in her songs. How much is “a lot”, you ask? Over five minutes worth. We know this because somebody, for some reason, made a compilation of every single time the pop star has sung one of those words in her songs, and the result is both hypnotizing and migraine-inducing. Listen below, and might we suggest Brit’s songwriters pick up a thesaurus?

Rebecca Black’s Friend In Pink From “Friday” Now Has Her Own Music Video

September 1st, 2011 // 4 Comments

Benni Cinkle is probably best recognized for the various — and hilarious — GIF versions of her awkwardly dancing in the backseat in Rebecca Black’s “Friday” music video. However, the 13-year-old is more than just that girl in pink (despite “That Girl In Pink” being the name of her website). She has a heavily Auto-Tuned voice all her own, and this tween anti-bullying activist/aspiring pop star has stepped out of her Ark Music Factory pal’s shadow with “Can You See Me Now”. It gets better, kids — but this video does not.
