New Rihanna Song “Goodbye” Recalls A Good Girl Gone Sad
Sun Feb 28 2010 by Idolator Staff
We had barely digested the news that Rihanna might be prepping a more upbeat pop album for summer when we came across the maudlin piano ballad "Goodbye". A previously unreleased track, it's evidently a Good Girl Gone Bad-era holdover, but it's worth a listen — think of it as a prequel to a few of the somber tracks that overburden Rated R. And it's maybe the best argument yet that she needs to try something new.

LMFAO Reenact Sky Blu’s Airline Fight With Mitt Romney
Fri Feb 26 2010 by Becky Bain

During an interview with MTV, the party rock duo reenacted the bizarre encounter in which Sky Blu tussled with the onetime Massachusetts governor while flying the not-so-friendly skies. Find out what a "Vulcan grip countermove" looks like after the jump.

Fri Feb 26 2010 by Becky Bain
We haven't heard Macy Gray's distinctive baby-girl rasp in awhile—her last album, Big, dropped in 2007, and unfortunately, failed to live up to its name. But we were recently treated to a new track from the singer, the cheery "Beauty in The World." Was the song worth the wait? Listen to it below. More »
PHOTOS: Love Angel Music Twitter, Gwen Figures Out How To TwitPic
Fri Feb 26 2010 by Erika Brooks Adickman
“how do I tweet a pic??” Gwen Stefani asked her more than 23,000 followers on Twitter not too long ago. It’s moments like this we should remember that Gwen is not just a taste-making pop icon, she’s also a 40-year-old mother of two who’s trying to juggle a Fashion Week show and – oh yeah — record a new even-MORE-80’s influenced No Doubt album. Who has time to learn social media? Luckily, No Doubt’s Tom Dumont lent a hand by introducing Gwen to twitpic-ing — and the results are well worth a look. Gwen and the guys seem to be using a camera-phone or laptop cam that gives them a vaguely vintage sheen. Wait til Gwen discovers Tumblr. More »

:: Simon Cowell is officially engaged to Idol makeup artist Mezhgan Hussainy. His publicist says, "He's probably the happiest I have ever known him in the nine years I've been working with him." The Supposed Official Usher ‘Raymond V. Raymond’ Tracklist…No, Seriously
Fri Feb 26 2010 by Robbie Daw
With as many stops and starts as Usher's forthcoming seventh studio album Raymond v. Raymond has had (not to mention how many tracks have found their way online), forgive us if we have a hard time believing that any tracklist that touts itself as being official is indeed the real thing. The LP is said to be coming out March 30—which, again, we'll believe when we see.
