I am not being rude or sarcastic. I am genuinely(sp?) curious why people consider Bill Clinton a good president? Some people say the economy, but experts will tell you that the government has little to no control of the economy. It was just luck that the dot-com boom happened during his administration. What legislation or other event defines Bill Clinton's presidency as a good presidency?
