SomeAudioGuy commented on Dragonball Violates The Android Geneva Convention, at 1:04 AM on Jun 19 Vegeta is the MAN! This clip is rough, but the very first episode of DBZ I EVER saw was the Nail/Frieza fight, where Frieza ripped Nail's arm off, only to have it regenerate. I just remember my jaw hanging open. more » [io9]

SomeAudioGuy commented on iPhone 3G's True Price Compared, at 4:27 PM on Jun 11 Say what you will about Sprint (because I DO kinda hate being with sprint), but being on the SERO plan has been golden. Back in the day, a New PPC-6700 ($250), 500 minutes, unlimited data and txt ($35/month), makes my total cost after 2 years just under $1100. And I've had EVDO the whole time. Now if only Sprint didn't suck so bad... more » [gizmodo]

SomeAudioGuy commented on Manager Photographs Teenagers And Says They Are Banned From The Apple Store For Life, at 2:51 PM on May 30 whether or not it WAS false imprisonment, I just find it sad that the kids didn't have any idea they COULD refuse to return, or when faced with the "authority" of an Apple Store general manager, that they COULD ask to leave. It's like when you read about school kids in Texas who think it's illegal to question the president. more » [consumerist]

SomeAudioGuy commented on Question of the Day: Are Desktops Dead?, at 1:14 AM on May 22 Desktops/workstations are going to stay alive and well, so long as they are cheaper for more powerful components, and are easily upgradeable. When I can easily swap dual videocards into a laptop to control multiple monitors or sli, pop out a hard drive, have access to FOUR RAM slots, quad core computing, and easily upgrade my optical drive, THEN I'll let my desktop die. Also same reasons I wont EVER buy an iMac... more » [gizmodo]
