Geez, if it's going to be a while before you watch it, rip-and-return and get round to it in your own time, instead of wasting money.
By keeping that one movie sitting there for months, you're paying, for example, for a 3disc service, but only getting a 2disc service.
Then the economy tanked and you give up on the service alltogether...

@dashielm: If it's something to do with the LCD, maybe we should all start carrying CRTs on board...
If it IS something to do with the LCD, start asking why they didn't ask about the LCD on your camera, then ask about the LCD on your phone, then ask about LCD on your watch (if you think that they're still a pretty good idea)
I'm thinking a flashmob (with financial backing) is in order - stuff up the TSA's operations for a change.
