It seems only fitting that Garbage frontwoman Shirley Manson wore a dress with her album's cover printed on it to the 1999 Grammy Awards. Version 2.0 earned the group two nominations for Best Rock Album and Album Of The Year. We just wish that Shirley had gone with version 2.0 of this dress — one with a built-in bra.
