**NO MAIL ONLINE** Tiny superstar Justin Bieber finally came out to greet fans who have been camped for three days outside his Copacabana Palace hotel in Rio de Janeiro. The hundreds of young fans went crazy as he waved, blew kisses and paraded on a balcony with the Brazilian flag - although he was holding it upside down. He even sung with them during the 4 minute appearance - with a massive entourage including security guards - before his first show in the country later today. The fans screamed to the top of their voices and dozens were left in tears. Bieber and girlfriend Selena Gomez have been keeping a low profile since arriving in Rio earlier this week.
