Miley added another tattoo to her ever-growing collection, but this time it had a Presidential flair. The pop star was inked back in July of 2012 with a famous quote by the late Teddy Roosevelt: "So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat." Of course fiance Liam Hemsworth got one to match as well.
