Pop Spectrum: Albums With Colors In The Title

Before Adele's 21 came along, Prince's sixth LP Purple Rain — the soundtrack to the 1984 film of the same name — had been the last album to spend at least 24 non-consecutive weeks at #1 on the Billboard Top 200. Both albums are now tied with the Saturday Night Fever soundtrack for that very length of time atop the chart. (And only five albums have spent a longer time at #1.)
