2010 was the year when overtly sexual music recorded by female pop stars finally got a name — "Slutwave". (Because how dare a woman want sex and then sing about it!) Rolling Stone has even named "Slutwave" the fake genre of the year, but how fake can it be when it's everywhere? Complex compiled a list of the 25 Greatest Songs of "Slutwave", and, shocking absolutely no one, roadkill fashionista Ke$ha topped the list, specifically for her single "Blah Blah Blah", in which she asks of her male suitor to "show me where your dick's at". Taylor Swift And Susan Boyle Hold Michael Jackson Back From #1

Michael, Michael Jackson's posthumous collection of polished-up unreleased tunes, proved to be no match for Taylor Swift's Speak Now and Susan Boyle's The Gift, both of which kept the sales momentum going in the lead-up to Christmas. Still, MJ's latest managed to trump new releases from R. Kelly and Diddy-Dirty Money.

Ciara Rides Onto ‘The Mo’Nique Show’

Ciara's "Ride" video may have been banned by BET, but the network clearly had no problem with the extremely flexible diva giving a performance of the song—complete with CiCi's impressive (and highly sexed-up) moves—on The Mo'Nique Show. Too bad this probably won't amount to much in the way of album sales for Basic Instinct, though. Hits Daily Double has the LP going into the chart at #43 on sales of just under 38,000 copies. (Billboard will publish the full album chart and final positions tomorrow). Throw Ciara a bone by watching her do "Ride" and "Gimme Dat" for Mo'Nique's audience below.

Ciara Tears The Roof Off ‘Lopez Tonight’

Like a wicked little minx, Ciara has been teasing us all week with her TV appearances. Girl, we know you can bust the Matrix with ease. And giving Chelsea Handler a pack of Magnums was classy touch. We finally got to see her perform on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, but that was simply an appetizer. Because it was CiCi's stint on last night's Lopez Tonight—where she performed her Basic Instinct jam "Gimme Dat"—that the flexible diva finally pulled all the stops out for. We dig the band. We dig the moves. And most of all, we dig Ciara. Watch her mop up the floor with every other player in the game below.

Ciara Celebrates ‘Basic Instinct’ Release—And Christmas (PHOTOS)

Ciara managed to find one more place to celebrate the release of her latest album, Basic Instinct. While the “Gimme Dat” singer didn’t bend through any hula hoops, she did get into the Christmas spirit by posing upon her arrival while wearing a giant Santa hat. Inside at Drai’s Hollywood, the “Ride” singer took the mic and performed three songs from her latest album for lucky fans. Ciara Gives Chelsea Handler A Big Surprise

This week Basic Instinct girl Ciara has bent over backwards through a hula hoop for Wendy Williams, freestyled on 106 & Park and given Ellen's audience a jaw-dropping dance display. But she was still in a giving mood when she appeared on Chelsea Lately last night. In fact, she presented host Chelsea Handler with a "CiCi survival kit" for when the comedienne hits the road for her stand-up gigs around the country. We'll keep it PG-13 and not mention the, uh, big surprise that was in the bag—but you can watch below!

Ciara Is A Dancing Machine While Performing “Gimme Dat” On ‘Ellen’

Ciara killed it this morning on Ellen, whipping out a super tight and totally intense performance of her lead Basic Instinct single, "Gimme Dat". Though she's been busting moves on the talk show circuit, there's nothing quite like seeing her bring it for a full song. (Even if she forgot her stiletto Chucks at home.)
