The Commander-in-Chief already has stars like Lady Gaga on his team, but that didn't stop him from releasing a "wish list" of celebrities he'd like on board as he bids for a second term. Amongst names we might easily expect to find here, such as B.o.B., Jay-Z, and Alicia Keys, there are such diverse acts as Arcade Fire, Lady Antebellum, the Jonas Brothers, Janelle Monae, Ricky Martin, Regina Spektor, and Vampire Weekend. And he’s obviously been one of those artists who’s been just killing it for the past [few] years, and for the longest time I’ve been wanting to…work with him somehow, in some way." The second MTV O Music Awards will take place on Halloween, despit the fact that the first O Awards took place just six months ago. Deal with it! MTV has a lot of trophies for atypical categories to hand out, they can't wait a full year! Categories for the awards show, honoring the most outrageous stuff you can find online, include "Fan Army FTW", "Hottest Music NILF" (just don't ask us what a "NILF" is), and "Must Follow Artist On Twitter", with Lady Gaga, Cher, Blake Shelton, Snoop Dogg and Blink-182's Mark Hoppus all fighting for the prize. Joe Jonas appeared on the silver screen in the 2009 concert doc Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience, and now he's planning to mark his feature-film debut as an actor. The Fastlife singer will star in an upcoming movie that he also plans to produce. "The storyline is still bare bones, but I will say he has a specific dream that he wants to accomplish, and it's the good and the bad he has to go through to get there," says Joe.
