Tapemasters Looks To The Future

ARTIST: Various
TITLE: Tapemasters Inc.: The Future Of R&B Vol. 16
WEB DEBUT: Unknown
RELEASE DATE: June 1*
SOUND QUALITY: 192 kbps
ONE-LISTEN VERDICT: This is the third R&B-dedicated mixtape from Tapemasters this year, and it's probably the least exciting, if only because many of the best tracks here have been floating around for a while (Cassie's "Sometimes" and Lauryn Hill's "Lose Myself" are great, but they're about three years old in Internet time). Still, it's good to have all these tunes in one place, and new numbers like Megan Rochell's bubbly "My Mistake" make it more than worth a download.
WHERE TO FIND THE BEST TRACK: Rochell's "My Mistake" is over at TheKevyKevyKelvin Soul Experience. As for the awesome Amerie songs, we're not even allowed to mention her at this point. More »
