3OH!3 Recreate The Internet In Their Clever “Double Vision” Video
Fri Aug 20 2010 by Becky Bain
After being—to put it politely—less than thrilled at 3OH!3 and Ke$ha's sloppy "My First Kiss" vid, we're happily delighted with the inventive new clip from the tongue-in-cheek pop-rock group. Watching "Double Vision" is a like slowly scrolling down one long blog in real-time, and just like reading any website, the experience features classic YouTube videos and dating site ads. This one-shot vid may be the band's best yet. Watch below!

3OH!3 Give A Ke$ha-less Performance On The ‘Tonight Show’
Fri Jul 23 2010 by Robbie Daw
When Ke$ha did the chat show with "Blah Blah Blah," her first collaboration with 3OH!3, she easily left out the duo's short bit in the middle of the song. Unfortunately for the guys, axing Ke$ha's part from "My First Kiss" during live appearances is not so easily done, as her vocals are littered throughout the chorus. Too bad the guys didn't have the foresight to wrangle in kissing expert Enrique Iglesias to jazz up their Tonight Show With Jay Leno gig. Oh, well. Watch below.

Eminem Easily Fends Off The-Dream, 3OH!3 And Scissor Sisters On The Chart
Wed Jul 7 2010 by Robbie Daw
Last week was a slow one for new releases, and the new Billboard Top 200 Albums chart reveals that Scissor Sisters, The-Dream and 3OH!3 did little to slow Eminem's Recovery roll. Marshall Mathers' latest moved another 313,000 copies, bringing its two-week total to 1.1 million. See how the rest of the album tally played out after the jump.

Listen To 3OH!3’s “My First Kiss” Remix With Ke$ha And Gucci Mane
Thu Jun 24 2010 by Becky Bain
Gucci Mane is apparently the remix king nowadays, lending his vocals to such remix tracks as Travie McCoy's "Billionaire", Mariah Carey's "H.A.T.E. U.", and now 3OH!3's pop-tastic ode to first time french-kissing, "My First Kiss." Is this remixed track hot and steamy, or like most first kisses—a disappointment? Listen below!

3OH!3 And Ke$ha Share Their Sloppy “First Kiss” In A New Vid
Wed Jun 2 2010 by Becky Bain
3OH!3 unveiled the music video to their masterful modern day answer to Beethoven's Fifth symphony, the Ke$ha-assisted summer jam "My First Kiss." And like many first kisses, it is embarrassing and uncomfortable for all involved. Watch below. More »
3OH!3 And Ke$ha’s “My First Kiss”: Another Classic For The Great American Songbook
Mon May 3 2010 by Robbie Daw
Some musical pairings are simply the stuff that legends are made of—think Bacharach and David. Lennon and McCartney. Simon and Garfunkel. And now we can toss 3OH!3 and Ke$ha onto that sacred list. For if you thought their recent Top 10 hit "Blah Blah Blah" was the end-all of this sexy pop fusion, best think again! The Bamboozle babe is back in action for "My First Kiss," Boulder duo 3OH!3's first single off upcoming third album Streets Of Gold. Wet your lips and head below for a listen.

‘American Idol’: Goodbye, Lacey Brown
Thu Mar 18 2010 by Robbie Daw
We dubbed Lacey Brown's take on the Rolling Stones' "Ruby Tuesday" on American Idol this week as "not amazing," and apparently America agreed. Last night's results show proved to be the end of the line for the Amarillo, Texas native, and she became the first of the official Season 9 Top 12 to be sent packing. (Paige Miles and Tim Urban surely can't be too far behind.) But it wasn't all doom and gloom—Ke$ha (with 3OH!3 in tow), Orianthi and AI Season 7 winner David Cook were all on hand to perform on Wednesday's episode. Have a watch below.

Screen Jams: ‘Almost Alice’
Tue Mar 2 2010 by Becky Bain
Screen Jams is our recurring look at the most buzzworthy new music featured in movies, TV shows, and video games—pretty much any form of entertainment you can enjoy with your eyes.
When Lewis Carroll's vivid and colorful Alice's Adventures In Wonderland is the source material, you'd assume creative minds would be spinning with new ways to tell the story's sense of fantasy, whimsy and delirium. We won't know whether Tim Burton's cinematic reimagining of Alice's adventures down the rabbit hole accomplishes this task until the film is released in theatres this Friday, but the movie's inspired-by soundtrack, Almost Alice falls short of evoking Alice's strange and twisted journey. There are a few tracks that win us over, but ultimately, we're the ones mad at a hatter that such a promising opportunity was wasted on generic rock-lite tunes and throwaway Wonderland references. Listen To 3OH!3’s “Follow Me Down” From ‘Almost Alice’ Soundtrack, But Ignore The Lyrics
Mon Jan 25 2010 by Becky Bain
Almost Alice, the made-for-Hot-Topic compilation of music inspired by Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland, is destined to be one of the hit soundtracks of 2010—at least until Eclipse is released. The first single from the soundtrack, 3OH!3's "Follow Me Down," has surfaced, and if you thought the lyric "Hush girl, shush your lips, do the Helen Keller and talk with your hips" was atrocious, hold on tight to your (mad) hats, cause the duo has managed to outdo themselves. Listen to the track after the jump.

This Collaboration With 3OH!3 And Katy Perry Might Just Be Lousy Enough To End The Black Eyed Peas’ Hot 100 Reign
Fri Aug 28 2009 by Maura
Dig if you will this picture: Weeks-rancid margarine that’s been stuck in the microwave for 30 seconds, then left to reconstitute itself on whatever plate it’s been placed on, creating a shapeless, smelly mess that would need to be soaked in Dawn for at least three hours in order to be ridden from your kitchen. What would a song based on that image sound like, do you think? Lucky for us, two pop forces of now have decided to figure it out! More »
