Nas Brings His 600,000-Plus Signatures To Stephen Colbert's Place

On the heels of the Fox News protest he led outside the NewsCorp Building and his album hitting No. 1, Nas stopped by the Colbert Report to chat with Stephen about why he was in a flame war with Fox and Bill O'Reilly in particular, the scrapped title of his album, and how the news media is somehow more sensationalist than ever before. Nas Wants To Chew Bill O'Reilly's Ear Off (Possibly Literally)

MTV has published further excerpts from the interview where Nas aired his feelings on his newfound nemesis Bill O'Reilly. You should only watch if there are no sharp implements nearby. More »

Russell Simmons appeared on The O'Reilly Factor last night (above) to promote his new book, Do You! (we don't know why he gave it such a terrible title—do you?). Not surprisingly, most of the discussion was about Simmons' proposal to ban those three words from radio, and about Cam'ron's 60 Minutes appearance. It's nowhere near as hot-headedly crazy as you'd expect, though O'Reilly does have some threatening words regarding Cam'ron: "He was in [the studio], if he comes in here again, I'll wise him up."
