If you've made like Heart2Heart and made your new relationship "Facebook Official", chances are you picked a song or two to help mark the happy occasion. And the same holds true to those who have had to endure the public embarrassment of going from "In A Relationship" to "Single" on the social networking site. For Valentine's Day, Facebook revealed the Top 10 songs their users played on Spotify as they entered and/or exited a relationship, and the results indicate that people are really strange when it comes to finding music that fits their mood. Jason Derulo is on the mend! The "Fight For You" singer made his first public appearance yesterday since fracturing his neck. Jason, whose injury caused him to cancel his world tour, seemed to be in good spirits as he visited his once-rumored "It Girl" Jordin Sparks on the set of her new commercial. Things appear to be looking up for the 22-year-old, as the "Breathing" crooner tweeted earlier today that his favorite track of off his sophomore LP Future History will be out this month. Jason Derulo Cancels Tour Following Neck Fracture

Just call this Year Of Stars In The Sick Bed. First Mariah Carey's husband Nick Cannon wound up in a hospital in Aspen while suffering from minor kidney failure, and now Jason Derulo has gone and fractured his neck. The “Fight For You” crooner tweeted this pic of himself to his fans yesterday. More details have emerged about the seriousness of Derulo's injury — the main one being that he's been forced to cancel his world tour in support of current album Future History.

Turns out Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey aren't the only ones spending the first week of 2012 in a bed in a medical facility. "Fight For You" crooner Jason Derulo tweeted a pic of himself laying down while wearing a hospital gown and a neck brace last night. "I fractured my neck doing tumbling & acrobatics 4 tour! Always tryin 2 push boundaries 4 YOU! Like my new chain? ;)" Oh, Jason — you jokester. We'd laugh, but we don't want to strain our own necks, which are in pain just from looking at this pic. Get well soon!

In the video, the singer and his brunette lover go on a romantic day trip around Manhattan, at least when they're not spending an inordinate amount of time cleaning themselves — apparently "the rain down in Africa" is akin to the water droplets that fall during a sexytime shower for two, as Jason and his sweetie are mostly seen wearing nothing but H2O.
