After last episode's narratively disastrous tickle fight I was just about ready to give up hope on emogurl810's sweeping Jonas serial. But something—most likely a severe bout of masochism—compelled me to give episode 7 a chance, which was ultimately the right decision. Not only does this episode feature an impromptu cruise to Hawaii on an airplane , it also has emogurl810's best tip for attracting cute guys. Hint: not with your intelligence.

Last episode's dramatic, montage-y rising action proved that it's emogurl810's world, and we're all just living in it. Episode 5 is an introspective exploration of the consequences we face when we tell people we love them. Plus, we get every last tacky detail of Alexis' jogging outfit and another hilariously accidental oral sex reference.

If episode 3—with its stalling narrative and repetitive dialogue—was the filler episode of the ongoing Jobromance series, episode 4 is its tour-de-force masterwork. Emogurl810 kicks things up a notch with yet another love subplot, and an almost entirely indecipherable (and therefore possibly brilliant?) match-making sequence in the park, complete with slapstick clichés and an amusing accidental double-entendre.

As it turns out, all those months I spent covering tribute videos and fan fiction separately were a total waste of time. Modern fandom has now evolved to the point where these two mediums can exist as one; it was only a matter of time before that "About This Video" text box on YouTube was put to more creative ends, and there was never any question as to whom this new form might be dedicated.
