Kid Cudi Blogs After Stage Rage In Melbourne
Tue Jan 24 2012 by Robbie Daw
Kid Cudi was fighting mad when, after refusing to end his set early, his mic got cut during the Heatwave Music Festival stop in Melbourne over the weekend. The WZRD wizard's response was to then start knocking over stage equipment. "If my set is EVER cut short at any show, im trashing the stage," Cudder blogged following the drama. "Not out of anger, it takes a lot to get me furious nowadays, but out of principle." AceShowbiz reports that promoters were forced to cut short the gigs of several acts "due to poor management" and the fact that the first artist's set started three hours late.

Kid Cudi Conjures ‘WZRD’ Track List
Sat Jan 21 2012 by Idolator Staff
We may not be getting WZRD by the end of the month as originally hoped, but at least Kid Cudi and Dot Da Genius are giving us something to tide us over until February 28. The duo has revealed the ten-song track listing for the highly-anticipated collaboration, featuring "Teleport 2 Me" and "Brake," which we've already heard, along with eight tunes we haven't. Our favorite of the upcoming tracks is the tongue-in-cheek "High Off Life," a playful reminder of Mr. Mescudi's abstinence from more tangible and illicit highs. Catch the track list below.

Willow Smith Covers Kid Cudi
Tue Jan 3 2012 by Becky Bain
When we spoke to Willow Smith last month, she told us her favorite album to listen to in 2011 was Kid Cudi's Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager, citing that "it’s different, and it has a lot of feeling." So it makes sense that the "Fireball" singer would be inspired to cover Cudi's low-key song from that album, "All Along", all while playing the piano, even if it's pretty heavy material for a typically plucky 11-year-old.
