Lil Mama rocks a lil black dress (tricked out with stones), platform black heels and a slick blonde wig that could’ve come straight out of Nicki Minaj’s wig collection as she walks the 2011 MTV Movie Awards red carpet. The pint-size rap star, who just returned to the scene with “On & On & On”, stole the show among the carpet’s early appearances. While she’s still probably getting over her inclusion on Complex‘s list of the biggest hip-hop #fails, she absolutely succeeded with this look.
