Wouldn't roles in upcoming prestige pics with names like The Secret Life Of Bees and Composition In Black And White scratch your thespian itch enough that you can pass on dialogue like "my mom is on Facebook?!" Is that Dove money so sweet that you're cool working with Nick Lachey? Do you really want what's left of him?

Nick Lachey and Alicia Keys were spotted by surprised East Villagers last week going into the shuttered Avenue A restaurant Mo Pitkin's. It turns out they were filming a commercial for Dove that airs as a continuing miniseries during episodes of "The Hills."

As I Am has sold three million copies, which is a hell of a lot in today's market. Isn't this something Fantasia should be doing? Someone who could use the exposure? I know you want to provide a positive role model to young women, but there are better ways to share the love than this:

The ass-tastic trifecta of "celebrities" that will be leading the clashing choirs includes Blake Shelton, Nick Lachey, and Michael Bolton. One can only hope for a full choral rendition of "Can I Touch You...There?" [NBC]
