Madonna will not perform at tonight's Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame induction ceremony—airing at 8:30 on VH1 Classic—making her the first living inductee who'll attend the ceremony, but not hop on stage to bust out a song or two on the night she's being honored. (Ah, that'll teach me to fall victim to Roger Friedman's anti-Jann Wenner propaganda. Man do I hate Mondays!) Which only makes the possibility of a Ciccone Youth torch-passing that much more likely.
