OK Go Made A Music Video For ‘Sesame Street’: Watch!

Sesame Street is clearly trying to give Yo Gabba Gabba! a run for its money as the PBS children's show continues to cast well-known music acts to perform on the show. The latest musical guest to appear on the Street is viral video masters OK Go, who wrote a song called "3 Primary Colors Song" to teach kids about all the different shades you can create with red, yellow and blue. And in the tradition of their own videos, the boys in the band used choreography, camera tricks and stop motion to get their message across. Watch below. More »
Bruno Mars Sings About Not Giving Up On ‘Sesame Street’

Though Bruno was absent from the high times enjoyed by Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa in the trio's video for their stoner song, Mars is obviously relishing the squeaky-clean fun of hanging with The Muppets in his new Sesame Street appearance. In the video, the "It Will Rain" crooner sings about refusing to give up when times get tough, and — to reassure all the parents out there, worry not — he gets through the whole performance without exposing any cleavage. ‘Glee’ Gets Spoofed By ‘Sesame Street’

If you had ever wondered what the cast of Glee would look like as actual puppets as opposed to Fox's constantly performing puppets, here's your chance! Sesame Street, who is on a tear of pop culture spoofs recently, parodied the hit show while teaching kids about the multiple sounds the letter G makes. ("G" as in "Glee" and "Gyrate", as the puppet version of Quinn points out.) The impersonations of the cast are spot-on, though we don't think Kurt is really that flaming on the show. Rachel, however, is just as demanding as her felt counterpart. Watch below! More »

Will.i.am’s Latest Collaboration — “What I Am” With Big Bird And Elmo

Will.i.am, switching from one naughty-tongued duet partner for a squeaky-clean set of singing friends, appeared on Sesame Street to perform the song "What I Am" with Big Bird, Elmo, Grover, Cookie Monster and some other furry pals. The track is actually a fairly catchy, uplifting number—we can't wait for Will to inevitably sample it on the next BEP album (supposedly to drop by the end of the year). In honor of Sesame Street’s 40th Anniversary today, here’s the smooth-jazziest rendition of the Sesame Street theme, as sung by Joshua Radin. Can’t you just imagine Oscar the Grouch wearing a beret sipping an espresso while listening to this play in a piano bar in the West Village? Or maybe that’s just us?
