Well, maybe, if Nebraska's tax collectors get their way and the state passes a law saying that digital versions of movies, books, and music are subject to the same sales tax that their physical counterparts are. I can see the hordes of people bringing their computers across state lines so they can avoid paying those extra pennies on their "Misery Business" downloads already!
