Ace Frehley starring in Zach Braff-directed Dunkin' Donuts commercials. We can only hope that their encounter was long enough for Ace to turn Zach on to "New York Groove" and change his life, or at least his taste in soundtrack filler. [Blabbermouth]

  • Maybe Zach could get Colin James Hay to do an acoustic cover of "New York Groove"! Wow, that'd be Starbuck-riffic!

  • Zach Braff-directed Dunkin' Donuts commercials

This has had the effect of waking me up the same way really bad but utterly scalding coffee does.

  • Zach was here in Boston a few months ago to premiere "Last Kiss", and he was absolutely enamored with the proliferation of Dunkin' Donuts in the area. That's all he talked about in his intro to the film, going as far to offer up DD coupons as prizes for correct answers to trivia questions (Cary Brothers' CD wasn't out yet). So I understand the directing the commerical thing, but am completely lost on how Ace fits into it, unless "Shock Me" is set to be the new Dunkin' Donuts' coffee slogan.

  • I saw this commercial on TV last night, and thought for a brief moment that Dunkin' Donuts had tapped the Cryptkeeper from "Tales of the Crypt" as their new spokesman.
