The Adams stuff is pretty interesting...of his unreleased stuff, this isnt the most interesting though...
48 Hours and The Suicide Handbook are very good...most of 48 Hours has been released in some form or another (B-sides, iTunes EP or on DEMOLITION)
The Pinkhearts Demos are worth checking out as well...nice Stones vibe to them...
That tidbit about Morrissey covering "A Song From Under the Floorboards" is very old news. On his current U.S. tour, he's performing a cover of Bowie's "Drive-In Saturday" (which he has performed live before, by the way).
