Knocked up is one of the shittiest movies I have walked out of this year, with an equally forgettable soundtrack.

So, how many shitty movies have you walked out on? It's only June. Most people only do that once in their whole life.

This year? 2 or 3 so far. 28 Weeks later is another that I gave up on recently.

I see a lot of movies, so unfortunately I also see a lot of bad movies. Generally at least 3 a year are so mind alteringly bad or boring that it's not worth sitting through them, although this year and last year were particularly bad.

People really only walk out of a movie once in their lives? I would think that if the movie is super bad, it's just not worth wasting your time...at least that's been my philosophy.

The absolute worst movie I ever walked out of was The Sweetest Thing - I was just completely insulted that a creative team thought that anyone would be entertained by what they had committed to film. I have of course, seen worse films than that, but was not in a position to leave :(

So far, all 3 movies you've mentioned walking out on are actually ones I liked. Your standards must be prohibitively high.

Could be. I go to the movies about 80 times a year, and I am disappointed maybe 90 percent of the time. Part of the reason I have scaled back my theatre-going for 2007.
