Good Lord, what is wrong with you people? If we've told you once, we've told you a hundred times: Awards are stupid. Shows are stupid. And awards shows are really, really stupid. And yet we somehow wind up getting nominated for this year's Plug Independent Music Awards. We have no idea why this award exists; between the Microsoft moolah and the investment deals, it's not like music bloggers need another excuse to feel smug.
That said, if you do have to vote in this shenani-sham, we again urge you to enter SHOW US YOUR WIENER! on the write-in ballot. This site does not have the new Bloc Party album, but it does have hilarious pictures of wiener dogs dressed as people. This one kind of looks like Devendra Banhart.

I was thinking Bootsy as well.
I voted for idolator because I think you guys really want to win and thats why you brought it up instead of ignoring it.
