Even though the Internet provides us with an arsenal of MP3 options, sometimes we need to turn to our readers for help. We're trying to find the following elusive musical entities for later use on the site, but we need your help; if you happen to have any leads, email us at tips@idolator.com, and we'll hook you up with a comment invite.
- A copy of the Prince/Miles Davis New Year's concert from 1987. Good lord, is that thing a pain in the arse to torrent.
- Idlewild's Make Another World (or a non-radio rip copy of the single)
- An MP3 of Juniper's "Making Gerard Smile"

Do the files have to be mp3's or do you welcome iTunes created m4a's? Just curious...
Usually MP3s are best, but we would never sneer at an M4A...
The Prince/Miles show.... Miles only comes out for about a minute during "It's Gonna Be A Beautiful Night" towards the end of the show and plays a few quick notes. Excellent show nonetheless.
Am I thinking of another show, then? Wasn't there a gig where they played together for like three hours, or did I imagine that?
If the m4a/mp3 thing is a problem, there's always this site.

No, you're thinking of the Grateful Dead and Branford Marsalis on New Years Eve 1990.
It's possible that I am having Prince/Miles fever dreams. Though I remember seeing bootleg CDs at the Philadelphia Rock Expo years ago that said "Prince and Miles: Second Night," which led me to believe they played together for at least two nights.
