Back when I was in college we got a crash course in Photoshop by a pair of stern professors who warned us that there would be stiff penalties (wrapped knuckles, public humiliation, latrine duty) if we abused the cheesy filters. Whoever designed this Wu cover would have been placed on academic probation and then pelted with rotten tomatoes. Drop shadow mania! They can go to all that effort to try and clear a Beatles sample/"interpolation" but they can't spend more than 30 minutes on the cover to their first album in six years?

"Welcome! I'm Dr. Marvin Candle, and this is the orientation film for station four of the Dharma Initiative, the Wu."
Yeah, isn't that the Dharma station logo?
"Drop shadow mania!"
And motion blur. Never forget motion blur.
This and every other Wu-related side project and mixtape of the last 12 years.

@Charlie Kerfelds Jetsons Tee: Did you know his name offhand, or did you have to wiki it? Either way, awesome.
"Your task at this station is simple, yet crucial to your survival--you must type vaguely amusing comments about music into your computer and submit them for approval. It is not important who is approving these comments--or even if they're ever read--only that you never go a day without commenting.
@Bob Loblaw: Thankfully, I had to wiki it.
I like the show. But I don't like it THAT much.
@MrStarhead: Oh yeah - it totally looks like it!
@Bob Loblaw:Somedays I feel like I'm commenting every 108 minutes...
