The "Gimme More" video will debut on MTV Monday. On TRL. Unless it somehow gets out to YouTube before then and ruins the "surprise," that is. Which, given Britney's last week, isn't too far-fetched of a scenario, but hey, at least it means that people still sorta care about her music, right? [MSNBC]

I've seen the video (which was desperately cobbled together by some folks at Jive from the five or so hours of footage captured before she wandered off, and looks it). Basically, imagine the stumbling dance moves and not quite there lip-synching of her VMA performance, only add in a stripper pole (handy to lean on while pretending to dance) and a black wig instead of blonde extensions.
Now imagine it all shot in the same dark/bright blue/overall muddy cinematography of I Know Who Killed Me, and voila, the new Britney video.
(In fact, the entire thing is pretty much I Know Who Killed Me set to a tinny, repetitive beat. Or what I think I Know Who Killed Me was about, having seen the trailer).
