Mistrial Declared In Phil Spector Case

spector.jpgMySpace threat victim Larry Paul Fidler, the presiding judge in the Phil Spector murder trial, has declared a mistrial in the case after jurors said for a second time that they were unable to render a verdict. The jury was, according to MSNBC, split 10-2 on the charge of second-degree murder, although it's unknown whether or not the majority of jurors were in favor of conviction or acquittal.
