A report appearing in Monday's Los Angeles Times says that Rage Against The Machine will reform for a one-off show at this spring's Coachella Valley Music Festival. Also headlining the three-day festival, according to the Times, are Björk and the Red Hot Chili Peppers; the official lineup announcement is expected tomorrow, and we're just hoping that the words "Limp" and "Bizkit" are nowhere to be seen in that press release.

Thank God at least one Idolator works on the weekend. I wasn't expecting this piece until Monday morning.
I really hope they announce more headliners tomorrow, and not just support acts; the rumored prospect of seeing Prince and Fountains Of Wayne in a three-day weekend is too good not to come true.
You know, I remember making jokes about RATM doing a cabaret style reunion...
$18 bottles of tap water, $10 slices of dry pizza and rampant rapes here we come!
Very few things at Coachella are reasonably priced, but the water has always been bottled (Dasani, generally) and priced at $2.
Also, the Coachella has always been very safe, to my perception.
Can't speak on the pizza, however.
Dan,
I think he was referring to the logical conclusions to be drawn from a "Woodstock" flashback at Coachella.
Yeah, I get it, but both Rage and RHCP have played Coachella before with no incident, so it's a little unfair.
Plus, the Happy Mondays are on the bill...what could go wrong there?
ratm was a great grunge band
