If the Grammys' press releases are to be believed, right now the name "Bruce Springsteen" is being uttered repeatedly as the nominations for the 50th annual ceremony are being read—although the press conference is nowhere to be seen on TV, radio, or the Internet. This tells you something about music's place in pop culture, doesn't it? Both the Emmys and the Oscars get TV love when their nominations are announced—and shoot, even the Tonys get some NY1 love so people in the Tri-State area can follow along!and you can watch it on E!.
