Autopsy results have revealed that "acute combined effects of opiate, citalopram and clonazepam intoxication" were responsible for the death of Hawthorne Heights guitarist Casey Calvert in November, with MTV reporting that "the autopsy listed Calvert's death as accidental, though it added that it was brought on due to 'substance abuse'" relating to the antidepressant and anti-anxiety meds.
