Continuing to prove he's the most gangsta septuagenarian with little girl braids in the music industry, noted midnight toker Willie Nelson has some harsh words for uptight squares who think all that pot smoking has dulled his senses.
"I do a two-hour show every night and remember forty or fifty songs," he told Rolling Stone. "So I challenge anyone out there [to remember them as well as I do]. You might tie it, but I doubt you can beat it." Nelson will be doing bong rips (and presumably playing as well) at the Austin Freedom Fest on Friday to promote the decriminalization of his tipple of choice. Watch out for the hip-hopcountry cops, Willie!

to be fair, willie has been playing the same setlist for about the last 734 years.
Bury Me In Smoke!
austin loves you, willie!
@babystrange72: Haha, good point. But I'm sure if you toked up before you went to his show you wouldn't really notice or care. You'd just be like, "Whoa, does Willie braid his own hair? WHO BRAIDS WILLIE'S HAIR? HAHAHAHA!" And by "you" I mean "I."
I love Willie, but he doesn't remember the songs. He uses a freaking teleprompter.
His concerts have gone downhill in the last ten years or so, but I love him anyway. He's always entertaining.
he was real good at radio city circa... late 80s>?
Hopefully they're not going to drag out the RAVE act provision to shut this thing down with SWAT teams and dogs. After all, it's not like we're talking about a bunch of scary glowstickers listening to drum & bass.
